- 100 g glass noodles (= 1 pack)
- 2 tsp red curry paste
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 1 tsp Erdnussöl
Additional ingredients
- 200 g shrimp (frozen, ready to eat, deveined)
- 2 spring onions
- one Handful of cilantro or parsley
preparation
- Mix prawns with curry paste and Sambal Oelek and sauté in Erdnussöl .
- Then deglaze with Kokosmilch and simmer for 5 minutes on a low flame.
- Cook the glass noodles according to the instructions and mix with the chopped spring onions and coriander or parsley.
- Finally mix all the ingredients together and serve.
Tip:

- 1-2 tbsp Thai Curry Paste Red
- 2-3 tbsp Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 300 g chicken fillet
- 1 red pepper
- 1 can of peeled and diced tomatoes
- 1 can/jar chickpeas (225 g)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 tsp cumin
preparation
- Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into strips. Wash, core and cut the peppers into strips.
- Put the wok starter in the hot wok and fry the chicken strips vigorously in it.
- Add the pepper strips and peeled tomatoes. Season with turmeric, cumin and Thai Curry Paste Red . Stir well and cook covered over medium heat for 10-15 minutes.
- Rinse the chickpeas in a colander, add and mix well again. Flavor with Sojasauce .

- Mix the water with the corn or potato starch, add to the sauce and bring to a boil again until you have a nice, creamy sauce.

- 1 tbsp sugar
- 3 tsp cornstarch
- 40 g grated coconut
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- maybe 1/2 tsp lemongrass
preparation
- Rinse 2 pudding molds with cold water. Bring Kokosmilch and half of the milk to the boil in a saucepan. Mix the remaining milk with the sugar, cornstarch, ginger and lemongrass.
- As soon as the Kokosmilch is boiling, stir in the mixed mass with a whisk, bring to the boil once and remove the pot from the stove.
- Immediately pour the pudding into the pudding moulds, allow to cool and chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
- Roast coconut flakes in a coated pan while stirring.
- Pour the pudding onto a dessert plate and serve sprinkled with grated coconut.
Tip:
The pudding looks particularly decorative with fruits (pineapple, papaya, mango) and mint or lemon balm leaves.

- 200 g pork (filet or minute steaks)
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 120 grams of mushrooms
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 large carrot
- 2 tablespoons oel
preparation
- Cut the pork into fine strips. Prepare Asian marinade from Sojasauce , sweet chilli sauce and brown sugar and place the meat in it.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel and cut into quarters. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot, halve lengthways and cut into narrow crescents.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, put oil in a hot wok and fry the pork in it. Set aside the remaining marinade. Add carrots. After a minute, add the garlic and mushrooms.
- Add the spring onions to the meat and toss through. Add the rest of the Asian marinade and the freshly drained egg noodles.
Tip:
For an extra portion of spiciness, mix 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek into the finished noodles.

Ingredients for: 2 people
Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sojasauce
- ½ glass Bambussprossen
- ½ pack of Mie Eiernudeln (= 2 noodle nests)
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
Additional ingredients
- 1 pak choi or 200g spinach
- a stick of leeks
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
preparation
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to package instructions.
- Cut the leek and pak choi and sauté them with the peas in a pan or wok in Erdnussöl .
- Add ginger, Sojasauce and honey.
- Then heat the Bambussprossen in the vegetable mixture and add the Mie Eiernudeln and serve.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.
