Shrimp Stir Fry

Additional ingredients

  • 450 grams of shrimp
  • 350 g vegetables (e.g. pak choi, snow peas, peppers, garlic...)
  • 4 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 1 pc lemongrass
  • ½ lime
  • 20 grams of ginger
  • coriander


  • Mix together the sugar, fish sauce, Sojasauce , and lime juice.
  • Prepare the prawns and chop the peppers, pak choi, garlic, chili pepper, sugar snap peas, coriander.
  • Cut the lemongrass and add to the soy sauce mixture together with the ginger.
  • Fry the prawns in a little Erdnussöl on both sides and set aside.
  • Sauté the garlic and chilli in a little oil and add the vegetables.
  • Add the prawns, the sauce mixture and the pak choi leaves to the vegetables.
  • Garnish the shrimp stir fry with some coriander, chili and lime.
