Exotic fruit gratin with ice cream


Whether with mango, papaya or passion fruit, variety is guaranteed with this dessert! Prepared in 10 minutes, ready to serve in 30 minutes.

  • 1 mango
  • 1/2 pineapple
  • 1/2 tsp ginger
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream


  • Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
  • Peel the mango and pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a small casserole dish.
  • Mix Kokosmilch with egg, sugar and ginger and pour over fruit.
  • Bake the casserole dish in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
  • Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
