Beef Vegetable Noodles

This beef, veg and egg noodles Thai recipe is easy and quick to cook and will delight family and friends!

  • 250 g beef fillet
  • 250 g mixed vegetables (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 250ml of water
  • sesame


  • Cut the beef fillet into strips, peel and finely chop the garlic.
  • Heat the Sesamöl in a pan or wok, fry the beef fillet and garlic in it.
  • Season with red curry paste, fish sauce and Sojasauce and stir well.
  • Add the uncooked Mie Eiernudeln , vegetables and water and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion slices.
