Fast Asian soup

  • A pak choi or 300g spinach
  • 1 green onion
  • 100 grams of mushrooms
  • 100 g snow peas
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tbsp soup seasoning
  • ½ lime


  • Cut the chicken into pieces and fry in a pan with oil.
  • Add Sojasauce , water and soup seasoning and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add the halved mushrooms, snow peas and the Mie Eiernudeln and cook for another 8 minutes.
  • Cut the pak choi or spinach into strips, add to the soup and let stand for 2 minutes.
  • Garnish the finished soup with the spring onion cut into rings and drizzle with a lime for the necessary freshness.
