Fried noodles with pak choi and Bambussprossen

Ingredients for: 2 people
Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 4 tbsp Sojasauce
- ½ glass Bambussprossen
- ½ pack of Mie Eiernudeln (= 2 noodle nests)
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
Additional ingredients
- 1 pak choi or 200g spinach
- a stick of leeks
- 1 cup of peas
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp grated ginger
preparation
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to package instructions.
- Cut the leek and pak choi and sauté them with the peas in a pan or wok in Erdnussöl .
- Add ginger, Sojasauce and honey.
- Then heat the Bambussprossen in the vegetable mixture and add the Mie Eiernudeln and serve.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.
