Banana Coconut Yogurt


This simple recipe made from Kokosmilch , bananas and yoghurt is conjured up in no time and brings Asian flair to our kitchen with spices. Only takes 15 minutes!

Shan'shi ingredients

6 tbsp Kokosmilch

Additional ingredients

  • 250 grams of yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut
  • 1 banana
  • 1 pinch ground cardamom
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch ginger


  • Peel the banana, cut into slices and mix with the yoghurt and Kokosmilch (you can also puree it if you want).
  • Season the banana coconut yoghurt with ginger, cardamom and cinnamon.
  • Divide the banana yoghurt between 2 bowls and serve sprinkled with grated coconut.
