Chinese zucchini with oyster sauce

  • Cut the courgettes into 5 cm thick slices and then cut them into 1 cm thick sticks.
  • Heat a wok or pan and pour in 2 tablespoons Woköl . Fry the spring onions, garlic and zucchini in hot fat for about 2 minutes. Pour 3 tbsp oyster sauce and 125ml chicken stock over the top and cook with the pan uncovered for about 5 minutes.
