Bohnenkeimlinge salad with shrimp

  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • 1Bunch of chives
  • 2 slices of pineapple
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • 130g shrimp
  • juice of half a lemon
  • 1/2 tsp chopped chilies


  • Drain Bohnenkeimlinge in a sieve and rinse briefly with cold water.
  • Roast the sesame seeds in a non-stick pan until golden brown, remove and set aside.
  • Cut the chives into thin rolls. Cut the pineapple into small cubes. Core the peppers and cut into fine strips.
  • Place Bohnenkeimlinge in a bowl with the pineapple, pepper strips, and shrimp.
  • Sesamöl geröstet , Sojasauce , chopped chillies and lemon juice into a marinade and pour over the salad.
  • Mix well and serve sprinkled with sesame seeds and chives.
