Shrimp Tofu Pan

  • Wash the spring onion, cut the white part into rings and the green part into 2-3 cm long pieces.
  • Peel garlic and chop finely. Deseed the chilli and chop finely as well.
  • Drain the baby corn and rinse with water.
  • Cut tofu into cubes.
  • Heat Erdnussöl in the wok and sauté the prawns vigorously for 7-10 minutes.
  • Add the tofu cubes and fry as well.
  • Add the garlic, chili and spring onions, stirring carefully so that the tofu cubes do not fall apart.
  • Add Salt , pepper, lemongrass and sugar.
  • Flavor with lime juice and fish sauce.
  • Finally add the baby corn and mix well.
