Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Shan' Shi yellow curry paste (depending on desired spiciness and taste)
- 400 ml Shan' Shi coconut milk
- A handful Shan' Shi bamboo shoots
Additional ingredients
- 200 g prawns (raw and peeled)
- 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, roughly sliced diagonally
- 1 large potato, cut into cubes
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1-2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- Thai basil
preparation
In a pan, fry the yellow curry paste in a little oil to release its flavors optimally.
Deglaze the mixture with vegetable stock and mix well. Add the tamarind paste, fish sauce and sugar.
Simmer briefly, then pour in the coconut milk to create a rich sauce.
Add the roughly chopped carrots and diced potato to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes until the potato pieces are almost cooked and the vegetables are well cooked.
Add the bamboo shoots and prawns. Continue cooking until the prawns are cooked through and have combined with the flavors of the curry.
Garnish the dish with fresh Thai basil and finely chopped chillies to bring out the flavors.

- 8 cherry tomatoes (sliced, peel if necessary)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp lemongrass
preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Boil chicken soup. Add ginger, lemongrass, chicken, Kokosmilch , Sambal Oelek , Bambussprossen and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
- Let the soup simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Before serving, add the tomatoes, basil and lemon juice and let the soup steep for 4-5 minutes.
Tip:
You can also use coriander leaves instead of basil leaves.

- 1 jar Bambussprossen
- 8 tablespoons Sojasauce süß
- 1 g large can of Kokosmilch milk 400ml
- 2-3 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red
- 2 EL Woköl
Additional ingredients
- 350 g chicken meat
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into small pieces)
- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemongrass
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped chillies
preparation
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and, if necessary, place them in 4 tablespoons Sojasauce before cooking to intensify the taste.
- Heat Woköl , pour in half the Kokosmilch and bring to the boil. Stir in Thai curry paste red and simmer over medium heat for approx. 1 minute. Stir in the meat and the remaining 4 tablespoons Sojasauce süß and cook briefly. Mix in the chopped Bambussprossen , the chopped red pepper, sugar, remaining Kokosmilch , lemongrass and chillies. Simmer the red chicken curry over medium heat for about 10 minutes.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice. To give the dish more flavor, simply replace the Sojasauce süß with fish sauce.

- Stir everything together over high heat until the meat is done. Finally season with Salt , pepper and sugar and taste.

- 140 g Bambussprossen
Additional ingredients
- 300 g shrimp or chicken
- 300 g vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, snow peas, baby corn, peppers, spring onions, garlic...)
- 200ml of water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 lime
- 20 grams of ginger
- coriander
preparation
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces (mangetout, baby corn, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, ginger and the chili pepper)
- Sweat the garlic and ginger in a dash of Erdnussöl and add the chopped chili pepper.
- Then add Kokosmilch and Thai Curry Paste Red and bring to the boil.
- Add the water, vegetables and shrimp and bring to the boil again.
- Season to taste with sugar, Salt and lime.
- Finally, add the Bambussprossen and coriander to the curry.
Tip:

- 250 g Mie Eiernudeln (=4 noodle nests)
- ½ glass Bambussprossen (165g)
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2-3 tablespoons Sesamöl geröstet
Additional ingredients
- 300 grams of beef
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red chili
- pepper
preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the onion into thin rings and the beef into strips.
- Marinate everything in a bowl with 2 tablespoons Sojasauce and 1 tablespoon Sesamöl .
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to instructions.
- Sear the marinated beef in a wok or pan with another tablespoon of Sesamöl for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain Bambussprossen and Mie Eiernudeln and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with pepper, Sojasauce and Sesamöl .
- Finally, garnish the dish with the finely chopped red chili.
Tip:
Roasted cashew nuts and coriander leaves give the dish an additional Asian touch.

- 100 grams Bambussprossen
- 3 tbsp Sesamöl
- 8 tbsp Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 400 grams of rice
- 200 grams of tofu
- 300 g vegetables (e.g. pak choi, snow peas, carrots, spring onions, baby corn, garlic...)
- 2 eggs
- 20 grams of ginger
- 1 chili pepper
- 2 tsp sesame seeds
preparation
- Cook the rice according to the instructions.
- Dice the tofu and set aside.
- Prepare and chop vegetables (carrots, baby corn, sugar snap peas, ginger, garlic, chili pepper, pak choi, spring onion and Bambussprossen )
- Fry the sliced tofu in a pan with some Erdnussöl .
- Fry the carrots, baby corn, snow peas and Bambussprossen and add the ginger, garlic and chili pepper.
- Then slide the whole thing onto one half of the pan. Whisk the two eggs and prepare them on the free half of the pan like an egg dish.
- Put the vegetable and egg mixture aside and sauté the rice in a little oil with the Sojasauce .
- Then add the vegetable-egg mixture and the tofu and mix well.
- Finally mix in Sesamöl and pak choi.
- Serve the fried rice with spring onions, sesame seeds and a lime.
