Ingredients for four people

- 150 g Shan' Shi glass noodles
- Shan' Shi sesame oil (for the dressing)
- Shan' Shi rice vinegar (for the dressing)
- 1 paket of Shan' Shi Chop Suey
Additional ingredients
- Fresh coriander
- Dried tofu
- Chopped peanuts
- Spring onions
- Finely chopped red cabbage
- Slices of cucumber
For the dressing
- Juice of one lime
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 clove of garlic (pressed)
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- Chili flakes to taste
preparation
Soak the glass noodles in hot water and leave to soak for 4-5 minutes. Then drain them.
Mix the fresh vegetables, tofu, soaked glass noodles and dressing in a large bowl.
Garnish with chopped peanuts, fresh coriander and finely chopped spring onions.
Mix the salad well to ensure the dressing is evenly distributed.
Arrange the Shan’shi glass noodle salad with fish sauce dressing on plates and garnish with additional chili flakes if desired.

- 2 teaspoons Sesamöl geröstet
- 1 glass Chop Suey
- 1 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 2 teaspoons Thai Curry Paste Red
- 1 tbsp Sojasauce
- 50ml Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 250 g flour universal
- ½ pack dry yeast
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp Salt
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 150ml warm water
- ½ handful Finely chopped white cabbage
- 1 small handful of fresh or dried shiitake mushrooms
- 100ml Water
- 1 tbsp starch
- 2 tsp sugar
- dip: 50ml Sojasauce , 50ml ponzu, 50ml maple syrup, sesame
preparation
- First the dough is prepared. Place flour, dry yeast, sugar, Salt & baking powder in a large bowl or food processor. Then add the water and oil and stir everything until a smooth ball of dough is formed. Now the dough is covered and placed in a warm place for 40-60 minutes until it doubles in size.
- Meanwhile the filling is prepared. Heat Erdnussöl and curry paste in a large pan, add cabbage and mushrooms and sauté for 6-7 minutes. Then add Sojasauce and sugar. Mix water with starch, stir into a pan and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add Chop Suey , mix well and then chill for 30 minutes.
- Then shape the dough into 8 equally sized balls, roll them out and place one or two teaspoons of the filling in the middle. Shape the dough into a ball, making sure the filling doesn’t spill out. Prepare a pot with water and a steam insert, then put in the parchment paper and steam the baozi for 10 minutes at medium to high temperature. Now the dumplings can be served with Sojasauce or our dip.
Tip:
Instead of mushrooms, the baozi can also be filled with minced meat!

- 1 jar Bambussprossen
- 1 glass Chop Suey
- 4 tablespoons Sojasauce süß
- 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl or Woköl
Additional ingredients
- 350 grams of pork
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 8 mushrooms
- 2 tbsp chicken soup
- 2 spring onions
- 1 garlic clove chopped small
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 teaspoon chopped chilies
- 1/2 tsp sugar
preparation
- Cut the meat into thin strips, quarter the mushrooms and finely chop the spring onions.
- Heat 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl in the wok and fry the garlic in it until golden brown. Add meat and mushrooms.
- Fold in the remaining ingredients one at a time.
- Stir everything together over high heat until the meat is done. Finally season with Salt , pepper and sugar and taste.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.

- Peel garlic and chop finely. Squeeze the orange and prepare a marinade of orange juice, garlic, Sojasauce and cornstarch. Cut the beef into thin strips. Leave in the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Remove the outer leaves from the spring onions and cut into 2 cm long pieces. Rinse Chop Suey briefly with cold water in a colander.
- Heat Woköl in wok or pan. Add meat and sauté vigorously for 5-7 minutes. Add the spring onions and Chop Suey and fry everything over high heat until crisp. Add the rest of the marinade and, if necessary, some water. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the meat is nicely cooked through.
- Slice the second orange. Serve the beef garnished with orange slices.
- Serve with basmati rice or Mie Eiernudeln .
Tip:
For a little more spiciness, use Chilisauce scharf or Sambal Oelek .

- 1 packet of Glasnudeln Vermicelli
- 1 glass Chop Suey
- 1 jar Bambussprossen
- 3 tbsp Woksauce
- 1 tbsp Woköl
- 2 tsp Sesamöl
Additional ingredients
- 800g chicken breast
- 300 g all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp grated lemon zest
- 1 tsp grated ginger
- 2 eggs white
- 1 tbsp chopped spring onions
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
You can get really creative and add the veggies of your choice. Glass noodles are quick and easy to make when you’re craving Asian food or just looking for a vegan alternative that’s both healthy and delicious.
preparation
Soak the glass noodles in warm water for about 10 minutes.
Meanwhile, thinly slice the vegetables and set aside.
Heat the oil in the wok, add the garlic and sauté for a few minutes until golden.
Then add a jar of drained chop suey and a jar of Bambussprossen along with carrots, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes.
Cook the noodles in a saucepan of boiling water, stirring constantly, until tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
Drain the glass noodles, add to the vegetables and mix well.
Now it’s time to add the seasonings: add Sesamöl , Woksauce and sugar to the wok while you continue stirring the glass noodles and vegetables. After another 10 minutes the dish is ready.
Serve in a bowl.
Tip:
Sprinkle with chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.
