The cooking and seasoning paste made from fiery red chillies easily conjures up the desired level of spiciness in your curry, depending on the dosage. To prepare 4 servings, heat 400 ml of Shan’shi Kokosmilch in a wok, stir in 4-5 teaspoons of Shan’shi Rote Curry Paste (red curry paste) and bring to the boil. Add meat, fish and vegetables as desired and allow to cook. Serve the Thai curry with rice as an ideal complement for a complete meal.
