- 1 Pkg Shan’shi Mie-Eiernudeln
- 2 Stück Hühnerbrust
- 1 Pkg iglo Wokgemüse
- 1 EL Knoblauch
- Frühlingszwiebeln (nur das Grüne, in cm-Stücke geschnitten)
- 1 EL Shan’shi Sesamöl
- 1 EL Ingwer, fein gehackt und geschält
Für die Marinade (Huhn)
- 3-4 EL Shan‘shi Sojasauce
- 2 EL Shaoxing Wein
- 1 TL Kartoffelstärke
- 1-2 EL Wasser
Für die Sauce (Nudeln)
- 2 EL Shan’shi Sojasauce
- 2 EL Dunkle Sojasauce
- 2 EL Wasser
- 1 EL Shan’shi Oystersauce
- 2 TL Zucker
- 1 TL Stärke
Preparation
Huhn marinieren:
- Hühnerbrust in dünne Streifen schneiden.
- Mit Sojasauce, Shaoxing Wein, Kartoffelstärke und Wasser marinieren, solange rühren, bis die Flüssigkeit komplett aufgesaugt ist.
Nudeln vorbereiten:
Mie-Eiernudeln fast garkochen und kurz abschrecken.
Huhn anbraten:
In einem Wok das Huhn fest anbraten, herausnehmen und beiseitestellen.
Gemüse anbraten:
- In demselben Wok Knoblauch anbraten.
- iglo Wokgemüse dazugeben und weiterbraten.
Nudeln und Huhn hinzufügen:
- Die Nudeln und das Huhn wieder in den Wok geben.
- Die vorbereitete Sauce (Sojasauce, dunkle Sojasauce, Wasser, Oystersauce, Zucker) hinzufügen und gut vermischen. Falls eine dunklere Farbe gewünscht wird, etwas mehr dunkle Sojasauce hinzufügen. Mit Stärke, in etwas kaltem Wasser aufgelöst, Sauce eindicken.
Frühlingszwiebeln und Sesamöl hinzufügen:
Die geschnittenen Frühlingszwiebeln und 1 EL Sesamöl untermischen.
Abschmecken und servieren:
Mit Frühlingszwiebeln garnieren und nach Belieben mit Sesam bestreuen.

- Spring onion, cut into fine strips
- Chiliöl (to the recipe)
- 1 tsp white pepper
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Shaoxing wine
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 egg per serving
preparation
Prepare the sauce by mixing Shaoxing wine, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar and sesame oil.
Stir-fry the vegetables in a wok and add the cooked mie noodles. Then deglaze with the prepared sauce and season with white pepper. Add more soy sauce or salt to taste.
Fry a fried egg in a separate pan and serve on top of the fried noodles.
Garnish with chili oil and sprinkle with spring onions to taste.

- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 6 tbsp + 2 tbsp Woksauce
- 1 tbsp Woköl
- 2 tbsp Sesamöl geröstet
Additional ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets, approx. 150g each
- 4 spring onions
- 1 chili pepper
preparation
- Wash the salmon fillet and pat dry.
- Wash, remove and finely chop the chili pepper.
- Wash the spring onions and cut into thin rings.
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln in a saucepan until al dente. Then strain and keep warm.
- Heat Woköl in a wok or pan and sear the salmon fillets on the skin side.
- After 4-5 minutes, add 6 tablespoons Woksauce , fry briefly and then carefully turn the fillets. Fry for another 3-4 minutes until the sauce is well absorbed. Set the salmon fillet aside.
- Briefly fry the drained Mie Eiernudeln with spring onions and chilli in the roasting residue. Season with 2 tablespoons Woksauce and Sesamöl geröstet .
- Mix everything well and serve with the salmon fillets.
Tip:
Squeeze a squeeze of fresh lime juice over the salmon fillets before serving.

Cooking time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for: 4-6 people
Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 1 g large can Kokosmilch milk 400ml
- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 4 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 150 g chicken meat
- 400ml chicken soup
- 75 g pea pods (halve)
- juice of half a lemon
preparation
- Cut the chicken into strips. In a large saucepan, bring the chicken and about 1/3 of the Kokosmilch to a boil, stirring. Add red curry paste, stir and cook until flavor spreads. Make sure all the pieces are coated in the paste.
- Add remaining Kokosmilch , chicken soup, pea pods and Sojasauce and simmer for 7-8 minutes. In the meantime, prepare Mie Eiernudeln according to the instructions.
- Remove soup pot from heat and stir in lemon juice to taste. Put the noodles on a soup plate, distribute the chicken and fill up with the soup.
Tip:
It’s even quicker if you use Shan’shi Woknudeln instead of egg noodles.

- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (= 2 noodle nests)
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
- 4 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red
- a small can Kokosmilch 165 ml
Additional ingredients
- 150 g chicken (leg skinless & boneless)
- 400ml chicken soup
- 1 red pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 120 g peas (frozen)
- 1 tbsp oil
preparation
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Cut the chicken into strips about 1 cm wide.
- Heat oil in pasta saucepan and sauté chicken over medium heat. Mix in Sojasauce and Thai Curry Paste Red and pour in the chicken broth and Kokosmilch . Simmer gently.
- Clean the peppers and cut into fine strips. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick.
- Add the peppers, spring onions and peas and cook gently for another minute.
- Divide the egg noodles into bowls or deep plates and pour the hot soup over them.
Tip:
Serve as a small side dish, crispy Shan’shi Krabbenchips .

- ½ glass Bambussprossen (165g)
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2-3 tablespoons Sesamöl geröstet
Additional ingredients
- 300 grams of beef
- 1 onion
- 1 piece of ginger
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red chili
- pepper
preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the onion into thin rings and the beef into strips.
- Marinate everything in a bowl with 2 tablespoons Sojasauce and 1 tablespoon Sesamöl .
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to instructions.
- Sear the marinated beef in a wok or pan with another tablespoon of Sesamöl for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain Bambussprossen and Mie Eiernudeln and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with pepper, Sojasauce and Sesamöl .
- Finally, garnish the dish with the finely chopped red chili.
Tip:
Roasted cashew nuts and coriander leaves give the dish an additional Asian touch.

Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 1-2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- a small can of Kokosmilch (165ml)
- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 2 teaspoons Thai Curry Paste Red
- 2-3 tbsp Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 80 g baby spinach
- 1 spring onion
- 10 g ginger (fresh)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500ml of water
- Salt
- Depending on the desired sharpness: red chili peppers
preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the smoked tofu into cubes and the washed spring onions into fine rings.
- Heat Erdnussöl in the wok and sauté the garlic, ginger and spring onions for about two minutes. Add 2 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red and fry briefly.
- Add the diced smoked tofu and fill up with 500 ml water.
- Add a pinch of Salt and the uncooked egg noodles. Simmer all ingredients for 5 minutes over medium heat and pour in Kokosmilch .
- Add washed baby spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Season the finished soup with Salt , pepper and 2-3 tablespoons Sojasauce .
- Garnish with red chilies, depending on how spicy you want it.
Tip:
Complete the dish with a few dashes Sesamöl .

Shan'shi ingredients
- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 5 tbsp Woksauce
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 1-2 tbsp Sesamöl geröstet
Additional ingredients
- 250 g pork fillet
- 2 carrots
- 10g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 2 green onions
- fresh ginger, about 2 cm long
- Salt , pepper
preparation
- Ginger peel and finely chop. Mix Woksauce with chopped ginger in a soup plate.
- Cut the pork fillet into strips and marinate in the ginger sauce for 10 minutes.
- Wash and trim the carrots and peppers and cut into strips.
- Wash the spring onion and cut into thin rings.
- Wash the shiitake mushrooms and soak them in warm water for at least 15 minutes. Then cut into strips.
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln in a saucepan until al dente and then strain the Mie Eiernudeln .
- Heat Erdnussöl in a wok or frying pan and sear the pork tenderloin while stirring.
- Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- Finally, add Mie Eiernudeln and season with the remaining marinade and Sesamöl geröstet .
- Season with Salt and pepper.
Tip:
Of course, other vegetables such as Shan’shi Bambussprossen , zucchini or pea pods are also ideal for this dish.

Shan'shi ingredients
- 1 jar Bambussprossen
- 2-3 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
Additional ingredients
- 1 tablespoon honey with 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 duck breast (approx. 400g)
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 200 grams of broccoli
preparation
- For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic and mix with honey and hot water. Brush the duck breast with it and leave it in the fridge overnight. Dilute the remaining marinade with 150ml water for later use.
- Heat Erdnussöl in a pan, sear the duck breast on the main side. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook the duck breast in a casserole dish for 20 minutes. Douse several times with the remaining honey jam. Finally, switch on the grill setting for another 10 minutes so that the skin becomes nice and crispy.
- In the meantime, clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks and cut into fine strips. Break the broccoli into small florets. Fry the vegetables with the Bambussprossen in the leftover pan for 7 minutes and season with Sojasauce .
- Cut the duck breast into slices. Arrange the vegetables on a warm plate and place the duck breast on top. Pour over the pan juices and serve with rice.
Tip:
If you want it to be quick, briefly heat up the Shan’shi Asiatisches Wokgemüse and season with Sojasauce .
