Mango coconut milkshake

Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 400ml Shan'shi Coconut Milk
Other ingredients
- 300g Ice cubes
- One medium size ripe mango (you can use instead 400 Gr of frozen mango)
- Agave syrup 150 ml (alternatively you can use honey, maple syrup etc.. the quantity depends on how sweet your mango is: you can adjust it to your taste).
preparation
Peel your mango, dice it and place it in the blender, add the ice, the coconut milk and the syrup. Blend until well combined. Pour it in a long drink glass and serve decorating with mango slices.
Lay back, relax and enjoy.

Ingredients for 4 portions:

- 400 ml Shan' Shi coconut milk
Additional ingredients
- 100 ml water
- 50 g sugar
- 50 g starch (corn or potato)
preparation
Gently heat 200 ml of coconut milk so that it dissolves and mix with half of the water. Empty into a bowl and leave to cool.
Bring the remaining coconut milk to the boil briefly in the same pan with the other half of the water and sugar Bring to the boil so that the sugar has completely dissolved.
Stir the starch into the cooled coconut milk from before and mix into the remaining coconut milk in the pan, bring to the boil briefly until the liquid thickens into a pudding.
Pour directly into the molds and cover with cling film.
Leave to set in the fridge for approx. 4 hours.
Remove from the molds, roll in coconut crumble and serve with fresh mango.
Tip:
Grease the molds with a little oil so that the pudding is easier to remove from the mold.

- 1 tablespoon of tamarind paste
- 1 red bell pepper, cut into strips
- 2 carrots, roughly sliced diagonally
- 1 large potato, cut into cubes
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- 1-2 teaspoons fish sauce
- 1-2 teaspoons sugar (to taste)
- Thai basil
preparation
In a pan, fry the yellow curry paste in a little oil to release its flavors optimally.
Deglaze the mixture with vegetable stock and mix well. Add the tamarind paste, fish sauce and sugar.
Simmer briefly, then pour in the coconut milk to create a rich sauce.
Add the roughly chopped carrots and diced potato to the pan. Cook for 10 minutes until the potato pieces are almost cooked and the vegetables are well cooked.
Add the bamboo shoots and prawns. Continue cooking until the prawns are cooked through and have combined with the flavors of the curry.
Garnish the dish with fresh Thai basil and finely chopped chillies to bring out the flavors.

- 150 g prawns (frozen, ready to eat, deveined)

preparation
- Thaw the vegetable mixture and shrimp.
- Prepare rice noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- Mix the seasoning mixtures (2 bags in Asia-Fix Bami Goreng seasoning mixture) with 100 ml water, then stir in the Kokosmilch and Sojasauce .
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Add both to the thawed vegetable mixture and add the rice noodles. Salt and pepper as needed.
- Heat some Erdnussöl in a pan and sear the shrimp in it. Remove shrimp from pan and set aside.
- Add the seasoning, Kokosmilch , and Sojasauce mixture to the pan and heat for a few minutes.
- Add the shrimp and spice mixture – Kokosmilch – Sojasauce mixture to the rice noodle – vegetable mixture and leave to stand in the fridge for several hours.
- Garnish with cashew nuts.
Tip:
It’s important to keep your hands wet with vinegar water, then the sushi will be a success!
