Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 50 grams Bambussprossen
- 2 tsp Sojasauce
- 1 pack Glasnudeln Vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl or Woköl
Additional ingredients
- 125 g of minced meat
- 1 large spring onion chopped
- 1 large carrot (finely grated)
- 1 large garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 packet of rice dough sheets (or rice paper) for spring rolls
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander (optional)
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- Shan'shi Erdnussöl for frying.
preparation
- Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water for about 15 minutes beforehand. Then soak the rice dough sheets briefly in cold water and lay them out on a damp kitchen towel. Soak Glasnudeln Vermicelli in hot water for about 5 minutes and then drain.
- Cut the shiitake mushrooms (drained) and the Glasnudeln Vermicelli into small pieces. Heat Woköl in the wok, briefly sauté the garlic. Add minced meat and fry stirring constantly. Add Bambussprossen , shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, carrots, Glasnudeln Vermicelli , fish sauce, Sojasauce and cilantro, if desired, and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of the pastry sheet, fold in the sides and roll up the pastry sheet. Press down the edges well. Heat Erdnussöl in fryer or wok.
- Place three or four rolls in hot Woköl and fry until golden. Drain on a rack covered with kitchen paper.
Tip:
Serve Chilisauce scharf with Shan’shi Sojasauce or Shan’shi chili sauce, depending on taste.
