Mie Eiernudeln with tofu

Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 1 jar Bambussprossen 330g
- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln
- 4 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2 tbsp Chilisauce süß
Additional ingredients
- 150 g smoked tofu
- 200 grams of broccoli
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoons oel
preparation
- Cut smoked tofu into cubes or strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok, fry the tofu until crispy and set aside. Add the onion and broccoli to the frying residue and fry until crisp, stirring, for 7 minutes.
- Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and rinse. Prepare Mie Eiernudeln according to the instructions and add both to the vegetables. Season with sweet chili sauce and Sojasauce . Stir the vegetables and noodles well and fry for 2-3 minutes. Arrange on two plates and serve sprinkled with fried tofu cubes.
Tip:
These flavorful egg noodles also taste great with other vegetables, such as bean sprouts, sliced carrots and pea pods or with mushrooms, spring onions and zucchini.
