Chinese zucchini with oyster sauce

Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 3 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 2 EL Woköl
Additional ingredients
- 700 grams of courgettes
- 125ml chicken broth
- 1 large garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 2 spring onions (finely chopped)
preparation
- Cut the courgettes into 5 cm thick slices and then cut them into 1 cm thick sticks.
- Heat a wok or pan and pour in 2 tablespoons Woköl . Fry the spring onions, garlic and zucchini in hot fat for about 2 minutes. Pour 3 tbsp oyster sauce and 125ml chicken stock over the top and cook with the pan uncovered for about 5 minutes.
Tip:
Serve as a main course with basmati rice.
