Chicken sweet and sour

Ingredients for: 2 people
Ingredients
Shan'shi ingredients
- 1 tbsp Sojasauce
- 4 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- ½ glass Bambussprossen
Additional ingredients
- 250 g chicken meat
- 200 g pineapple (e.g. canned pineapple pieces)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp ketchup
- 2 tablespoons oel
- 3 tablespoons vinegar
preparation
- Cut the chicken into cubes and sauté in oil in a pan or wok and set aside.
- Cut the peppers and onions into small pieces and also sauté in oil for 2 minutes.
- Mix the sweet chili sauce and the ketchup into a sauce and mix with the Sojasauce and Reisessig to form the peppers and onions.
- Drain and wash Bambussprossen , then add the pineapple pieces and the chicken to the dish and simmer for a few more minutes.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.
