Pork with onion and broccoli

  • 250 g pork (filet or minute steaks)
  • 1 large red onion
  • 300 grams of broccoli
  • 150g basmati rice
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tbsp oil

preparation

  • Cut the pork into fine strips and mix with Sojasauce and sweet chilli sauce. Prepare rice according to instructions.
  • Defrost the broccoli under hot running water. Peel the onion, halve and cut into strips.
  • Heat oil in a wok or pan and sear the marinated meat. Add onion and fry well. Then add the garlic and broccoli, toss well and fry for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with the remaining marinade.
  • Arrange the meat and broccoli on a plate with the onion. This is served with the rice.
