  • 3-4 spring onions
  • 400g broccoli
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 2 small zucchini
  • 20 medium sized peeled prawns
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 500ml water (or clear soup)

preparation

  • Shiitake mushrooms min. Soak in water for 15 minutes.
  • Cut the spring onions into 1 cm wide pieces. Cut the garlic, broccoli and zucchini into small pieces. Place the chopped vegetables in a sieve together with the shiitake mushrooms and wash with water.
  • Pour Woköl into the heated wok. Fry the garlic and shrimp and deglaze with lemon juice. Add the vegetables and shiitake mushrooms and fry briefly. Then season with Thai Chilisauce and Sojasauce . Add Woknudeln without pre-cooking and 500ml water (or soup) to the wok, stir from time to time and let simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat.

  • 200 g chicken fillet
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 200 grams of pea pods
  • 250ml - 300ml water or vegetable broth
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • Herbs for garnish like cilantro or mint

preparation

  • Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.
  • Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli.
  • Wash the pea pods, cut off the ends and cut in half lengthways.
  • Heat Woköl in a wok or pan and sear the chicken fillet in it.
  • Then add the pea pods, chili and garlic.
  • Add Woknudeln and pour in 250ml – 300ml water or vegetable stock, stir well and fry for 3-4 minutes.
  • Season with Chilisauce scharf , Sojasauce , Salt and cumin.
  • Arrange on two plates and serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.

  • 1 pack Shiitake mushrooms
  • 1 pack Asia Fix Bami Goreng
  • 1 zucchini
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 spring onions
  • 1 red pepper

preparation

  • Cut smoked tofu into small pieces. Wash, clean and chop the vegetables. Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water for 15 minutes before using, then cut into small pieces. Heat 1 tablespoon Erdnussöl in a wok (or another pan) with half of the spice mixture 1. As soon as the spices are fragrant, add the smoked tofu and sauté until hot. When crispy, remove and set aside.
  • Heat 3 tablespoons Erdnussöl with the remaining seasoning mix 1. When the spices are fragrant, add the vegetables and sauté, stirring often.
  • Add 125g wok noodles with 250ml water to the vegetables. With constant stirring, the wok noodles are cooked in about 3 minutes.
  • Finally, add 4 tablespoons Sojasauce and the seasoning mix 2 and fry briefly. Add the fried smoked tofu and serve.

Tip:
