- 100ml Kokosmilch
Additional ingredients
- 1 mango
- 1/2 pineapple
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream
preparation
- Preheat oven to 220 degrees.
- Peel the mango and pineapple, cut into bite-sized pieces and place in a small casserole dish.
- Mix Kokosmilch with egg, sugar and ginger and pour over fruit.
- Bake the casserole dish in the preheated oven on the middle shelf for 20 minutes.
- Serve hot with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Tip:
The fruits can be put together as desired, e.g. with papaya, oranges or apricots, pears and berries.
