Beef wok with Bambussprossen

  • 300 grams of beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 small red chili
  • pepper

preparation

  • Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the onion into thin rings and the beef into strips.
  • Marinate everything in a bowl with 2 tablespoons Sojasauce and 1 tablespoon Sesamöl .
  • Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to instructions.
  • Sear the marinated beef in a wok or pan with another tablespoon of Sesamöl for 2-3 minutes.
  • Drain Bambussprossen and Mie Eiernudeln and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
  • Season to taste with pepper, Sojasauce and Sesamöl .
  • Finally, garnish the dish with the finely chopped red chili.
