- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl

- 250 grams of shrimp
- 1 lime
- 1 tsp honey
- Parsely
preparation
- Mix the chilli sauce, honey and lime juice into a marinade and let the shrimp marinate briefly.
- Fry the marinated shrimp in Erdnussöl for a few minutes.
- Finally, add the parsley and serve with a fresh salad, if desired.
Tip:
If you are using frozen shrimp, let them thaw completely so they can absorb the marinade better.

- Mix together the sugar, fish sauce, Sojasauce , and lime juice.
- Prepare the prawns and chop the peppers, pak choi, garlic, chili pepper, sugar snap peas, coriander.
- Cut the lemongrass and add to the soy sauce mixture together with the ginger.
- Fry the prawns in a little Erdnussöl on both sides and set aside.
- Sauté the garlic and chilli in a little oil and add the vegetables.
- Add the prawns, the sauce mixture and the pak choi leaves to the vegetables.
- Garnish the shrimp stir fry with some coriander, chili and lime.
Tip:
If you are using frozen shrimp, let them thaw completely so they can absorb the marinade better.

- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek

- 200 ml chicken broth
- 200 grams of chicken meat
- 1/2 onion
- 2 carrots
- 1 pepper
- 5 large mushrooms
- 1 small bunch of coriander greens
- 1/2 tsp lemongrass
preparation
- Boil Kokosmilch with chicken broth, Sambal Oelek and lemongrass in a saucepan.
- Cut the chicken and vegetables into small pieces and add to the soup except for the mushrooms and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Add mushrooms and let simmer for another 5 minutes.
- Serve with finely chopped cilantro.
Tip:
Add 1 tablespoon of Shan´shi fish sauce for more seasoning.

- 125 g Reisnudeln Pad Thai (=2 noodle nests)
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 1 g large can Kokosmilch milk 400ml
- 2-3 teaspoons Thai Curry Paste Red
Additional ingredients
- 150 g chicken (leg skinless & boneless)
- 400ml chicken soup
- 1 red pepper
- 2 spring onions
- 120 g peas (frozen)
- 1 tbsp oil
preparation
- Cut the pork into strips and set aside.
- Wash zucchini and cut into thin slices, finely chop garlic and onion.
- Cook rice noodles according to instructions.
- In a pan or wok, sauté the garlic, onion and pork in Erdnussöl .
- Deglaze with red curry paste and Kokosmilch and simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Add zucchini and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Then fold in the rice noodles and garnish with the peanuts.
Tip:
For a spicier note 1 tbsp Shan´shi fish sauce

- Heat Woköl in a pan or wok and sear the meat vigorously. Add the vegetables, turmeric, ginger, Sambal Oelek and Sojasauce and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.

- 1 jar baby corn (340g)
- 100 grams of tofu
- Salt

- 1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp lemongrass
- 4 tbsp fish sauce
preparation
- Wash the spring onion, cut the white part into rings and the green part into 2-3 cm long pieces.
- Peel garlic and chop finely. Deseed the chilli and chop finely as well.
- Drain the baby corn and rinse with water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Heat Erdnussöl in the wok and sauté the prawns vigorously for 7-10 minutes.
- Add the tofu cubes and fry as well.
- Add the garlic, chili and spring onions, stirring carefully so that the tofu cubes do not fall apart.
- Add Salt , pepper, lemongrass and sugar.
- Flavor with lime juice and fish sauce.
- Finally add the baby corn and mix well.

- 2 tbsp Chilisauce scharf
- 4 tbsp Sojasauce

- 200 g chicken fillet
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 chili pepper
- 200 grams of pea pods
- 250ml - 300ml water or vegetable broth
- Salt
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- Herbs for garnish like cilantro or mint
preparation
- Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.
- Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli.
- Wash the pea pods, cut off the ends and cut in half lengthways.
- Heat Woköl in a wok or pan and sear the chicken fillet in it.
- Then add the pea pods, chili and garlic.
- Add Woknudeln and pour in 250ml – 300ml water or vegetable stock, stir well and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with Chilisauce scharf , Sojasauce , Salt and cumin.
- Arrange on two plates and serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Tip:
This dish also tastes great with other vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms or zucchini.

- 200 g chicken breast
- 1 small onion
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp lemongrass
- 50 g salted peanuts
- 80-100ml water or vegetable broth
preparation
- Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl in the wok, add the chopped onion and peanuts.
- Season with Sambal Oelek , Sojasauce süß , ginger, lemongrass and stir-fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add some water or chicken broth.
- Then process the mixture in the blender to a creamy paste.
- To smooth the sauce, mix in the remaining 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl .
- Cut the chicken into thin strips about 15 cm long and thread onto skewers. Brush the meat with some peanut sauce and grill or fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Arrange the remaining peanut sauce in two bowls and serve with the skewers.
Tip:
Saté means “meat grilled on bamboo skewers over a wood fire” in Indonesian.

- 1 tbsp Sojasauce

- 2 tablespoons oel
- 150 g basmati rice
- 1/2 unwaxed lemon
- 80 g snow peas
- 2 spring onions
- 120 g broccoli (frozen)
- 2 salmon fillets (each 150g)
- Sugar
preparation
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Toss the rice in it briefly and pour in Kokosmilch and 165ml water. Squeeze the lemon, set the juice aside and add the lemon itself to the rice. Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat to the lowest level, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- Wash sugar snap peas, clean spring onions and cut into rings approx. 0.5 cm thick. Defrost the broccoli under hot running water.
- Clean the salmon and season with Salt and the lemon juice.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok; Toss the broccoli and sugar snap peas in it. Beige the spring onions and season with soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
- Fry the salmon in a pan for two minutes on each side.
- Remove the lemons from the rice, arrange and serve.
Tip:
With 1 tbsp oyster sauce you can still make your wok vegetables

preparation
- Heat oil in wok or pan. Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and stir-fry with the prawns. Chop and mix in the garlic and season to taste with soy sauce and chili sauce.
- Add pea pods, pour in Kokosmilch and cook for 5 minutes.
Tip:
The shrimp can be replaced with chicken meat. Instead of Bambussprossen , you can also use fresh vegetables such as peppers, pea pods, baby corn, zucchini or mushrooms.
