- a large Kokosmilch 400 ml
- 2 tsp Sambal Oelek
Additional ingredients
- 250 g chicken fillet
- 400 ml chicken broth
- 300 g vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, snow peas, ...)
- 1 tsp sugar
- 20 grams of ginger
- 3 tbsp fish sauce
- 2 pcs Lemongrass
- 1 lime
- Thai basil
- coriander
preparation
- Cut the chicken breast and the selected vegetables and ginger.
- Halve the lime, cut the coriander, pluck off the Thai basil and halve and mash the lemongrass sticks.
- Boil Kokosmilch with chicken broth in a saucepan and add ginger and lemongrass.
- Add the sliced chicken and vegetables and 2 teaspoons Sambal Oelek .
- Season with sugar, lime, fish sauce and Salt and add a dash of water.
- Add a few leaves of Thai basil and bring to the boil.
- Garnish Tom Kha Gai soup with Thai basil and coriander and serve with rice.
Tip:
Serve as a small side dish, crispy Shan’shi Krabbenchips .

- 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

- 2 rump steaks (approx. 200g/piece)
- 1 bunch of green asparagus
- 1 cucumber
- 2 limes (juice)
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 tbsp O
preparation
- Wash rump steaks. Pat dry with paper towels and set aside.
- Wash the asparagus and cut off the woody ends (approx. 2-3 cm).
- squeeze limes. Whisk together the juice, Sojasauce , and sugar in a bowl. Wash the cucumber, cut in half and thinly slice lengthwise.
- Heat oil in wok or pan. Salt the rump steaks and fry for about 3 minutes. Then wrap in foil and let rest.
- Fry the asparagus in the cooking residue until al dente. Add the sweet chilli sauce and toss.
- Mix the cucumber slices with the lime juice, Sojasauce and sugar marinade and arrange on a plate together with the asparagus.
- Cut the steaks open and place them on the asparagus.
Tip:
Serve as a small side dish, crispy Shan’shi Krabbenchips .

- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2 tbsp Chilisauce süß
Additional ingredients
- 250 g pork (filet or minute steaks)
- 1 large red onion
- 300 grams of broccoli
- 150g basmati rice
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
preparation
- Cut the pork into fine strips and mix with Sojasauce and sweet chilli sauce. Prepare rice according to instructions.
- Defrost the broccoli under hot running water. Peel the onion, halve and cut into strips.
- Heat oil in a wok or pan and sear the marinated meat. Add onion and fry well. Then add the garlic and broccoli, toss well and fry for another 3 minutes. Deglaze with the remaining marinade.
- Arrange the meat and broccoli on a plate with the onion. This is served with the rice.
Tip:
1-2 teaspoons Sambal Oelek make this dish particularly flavorful.

- 2 tbsp Chilisauce süß
- 1 jar Bambussprossen

- 250 g beef (rump steak or fillet)
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 150g basmati rice
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
preparation

- Cut the beef into fine strips and mix with Sojasauce and sweet chili sauce.
- Prepare rice according to instructions.
- Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and rinse well. Cut the peppers into approx. 2 cm pieces. Peel garlic and chop finely.
- Heat the oil in a wok or pan and fry the marinated meat. Add the garlic, Bambussprossen and peppers and fry for another 3 minutes until crisp. Deglaze with the remaining marinade.
- Arrange meat with vegetables on a plate. Serve with the rice.
Tip:
1-2 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red added, gives this dish a particularly spicy note.

- 300 g vegetables (e.g. mushrooms, snow peas, baby corn, peppers, spring onions, garlic...)
- 200ml of water
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1 chili pepper
- 1 lime
- 20 grams of ginger

preparation
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces (mangetout, baby corn, mushrooms, peppers, garlic, ginger and the chili pepper)
- Sweat the garlic and ginger in a dash of Erdnussöl and add the chopped chili pepper.
- Then add Kokosmilch and Thai Curry Paste Red and bring to the boil.
- Add the water, vegetables and shrimp and bring to the boil again.
- Season to taste with sugar, Salt and lime.
- Finally, add the Bambussprossen and coriander to the curry.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.

- Bring the vegetable broth, Kokosmilch , Thai Curry Paste Red and Sojasauce to the boil in a saucepan with the ginger.
- Add the chopped vegetables and cook until done.
- Cook the glass noodles for 5 minutes.
- Then add the lime juice and garnish with fresh coriander or parsley.
Tip:
Complete the dish with a few dashes Sesamöl .

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 small red chili

preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the onion into thin rings and the beef into strips.
- Marinate everything in a bowl with 2 tablespoons Sojasauce and 1 tablespoon Sesamöl .
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln according to instructions.
- Sear the marinated beef in a wok or pan with another tablespoon of Sesamöl for 2-3 minutes.
- Drain Bambussprossen and Mie Eiernudeln and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season to taste with pepper, Sojasauce and Sesamöl .
- Finally, garnish the dish with the finely chopped red chili.

- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 2 teaspoons Thai Curry Paste Red
- 2-3 tbsp Sojasauce
Additional ingredients
- 200 g smoked tofu
- 80 g baby spinach
- 1 spring onion
- 10 g ginger (fresh)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 500ml of water
- Salt
- Depending on the desired sharpness: red chili peppers
preparation
- Peel and finely chop the garlic and ginger. Cut the smoked tofu into cubes and the washed spring onions into fine rings.
- Heat Erdnussöl in the wok and sauté the garlic, ginger and spring onions for about two minutes. Add 2 tsp Thai Curry Paste Red and fry briefly.
- Add the diced smoked tofu and fill up with 500 ml water.
- Add a pinch of Salt and the uncooked egg noodles. Simmer all ingredients for 5 minutes over medium heat and pour in Kokosmilch .
- Add washed baby spinach and cook for 1-2 minutes.
- Season the finished soup with Salt , pepper and 2-3 tablespoons Sojasauce .
- Garnish with red chilies, depending on how spicy you want it.
Tip:
Complete the dish with a few dashes Sesamöl .
