Shan'shi ingredients
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 50 grams Bambussprossen
Additional ingredients
- 1 carrot
- 1 tsp coriander (fresh or dried)
- 1/2 onion
- 4 eggs
- 1 pinch Salt
preparation
- Peel the carrot and cut into thin strips or small cubes. Peel and finely chop the onions.
- Whisk eggs in a bowl and season with Sambal Oelek , coriander and Salt .
- Heat wok or pan. Add Erdnussöl and stir-fry the vegetables briefly.
- Spread the egg mixture evenly on top, turn down the heat and fry.
- After about 4 minutes, turn the omelette carefully and fry the other side until crispy.
Tip:
Serve with a salad as an accompaniment. For lovers of spicy cuisine, Sambal Oelek is enough for seasoning.
