- 200 g chicken breast (without skin)
- 1/2 l chicken soup
- 100 g mushrooms (sliced)
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 8 basil leaves (cut into strips)
- 8 cherry tomatoes (sliced, peel if necessary)
- 1 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp lemongrass
preparation
- Cut the chicken breast into small pieces. Boil chicken soup. Add ginger, lemongrass, chicken, Kokosmilch , Sambal Oelek , Bambussprossen and mushrooms, season with salt and pepper.
- Let the soup simmer gently for about 15 minutes. Before serving, add the tomatoes, basil and lemon juice and let the soup steep for 4-5 minutes.
Tip:
You can also use coriander leaves instead of basil leaves.

- 2 garlic cloves (chopped small)
- 1 red bell pepper (cut into strips)
- 1 bunch spring onions (sliced into 5cm strips)
- 100 g cashew nuts, roasted but not salted
- 1 pinch of granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon chopped chilies
preparation
- Cut the chicken into small pieces and, if necessary, place them in 4 tablespoons Sojasauce before cooking to intensify the taste.
- Heat Woköl , add chopped garlic and chillies and sauté until golden brown. Add the chicken and sauté briefly, stirring constantly. Add red bell pepper, Oyster Sauce , Sojasauce and sugar and simmer for 2 minutes. Mix in the cashews and spring onions and simmer for 1 minute.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice or Shan’shi Mie Eiernudeln !

preparation
- Wash the spring onion, cut the white part into rings and the green part into 2-3 cm long pieces.
- Peel garlic and chop finely. Deseed the chilli and chop finely as well.
- Drain the baby corn and rinse with water.
- Cut tofu into cubes.
- Heat Erdnussöl in the wok and sauté the prawns vigorously for 7-10 minutes.
- Add the tofu cubes and fry as well.
- Add the garlic, chili and spring onions, stirring carefully so that the tofu cubes do not fall apart.
- Add Salt , pepper, lemongrass and sugar.
- Flavor with lime juice and fish sauce.
- Finally add the baby corn and mix well.

preparation
- Wash the chicken fillet, pat dry and cut into thin strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.
- Wash, deseed and finely chop the chilli.
- Wash the pea pods, cut off the ends and cut in half lengthways.
- Heat Woköl in a wok or pan and sear the chicken fillet in it.
- Then add the pea pods, chili and garlic.
- Add Woknudeln and pour in 250ml – 300ml water or vegetable stock, stir well and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Season with Chilisauce scharf , Sojasauce , Salt and cumin.
- Arrange on two plates and serve sprinkled with chopped herbs.
Tip:
This dish also tastes great with other vegetables such as carrots, mushrooms or zucchini.

preparation
- Peel onions and cut them into fine pieces. Heat 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl in the wok, add the chopped onion and peanuts.
- Season with Sambal Oelek , Sojasauce süß , ginger, lemongrass and stir-fry over low heat for 5 minutes.
- Gradually add some water or chicken broth.
- Then process the mixture in the blender to a creamy paste.
- To smooth the sauce, mix in the remaining 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl .
- Cut the chicken into thin strips about 15 cm long and thread onto skewers. Brush the meat with some peanut sauce and grill or fry for 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Arrange the remaining peanut sauce in two bowls and serve with the skewers.

- 150 g basmati rice
- 1/2 unwaxed lemon
- 80 g snow peas
- 2 spring onions
- 120 g broccoli (frozen)
- 2 salmon fillets (each 150g)
- Sugar
preparation
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a saucepan. Toss the rice in it briefly and pour in Kokosmilch and 165ml water. Squeeze the lemon, set the juice aside and add the lemon itself to the rice. Bring to the boil while stirring, reduce the heat to the lowest level, cover and leave to stand for 15 minutes.
- Wash sugar snap peas, clean spring onions and cut into rings approx. 0.5 cm thick. Defrost the broccoli under hot running water.
- Clean the salmon and season with Salt and the lemon juice.
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in the wok; Toss the broccoli and sugar snap peas in it. Beige the spring onions and season with soy sauce and a pinch of sugar.
- Fry the salmon in a pan for two minutes on each side.
- Remove the lemons from the rice, arrange and serve.
Tip:
With 1 tbsp oyster sauce you can still make your wok vegetables

- 2 carrots
- 1 tbsp fresh chopped coriander
- 1/2 leek
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped chillies
- 1 liter vegetable broth
preparation
- Soak mu err mushrooms in water for 30 minutes.
- Cut the spring onions into 1 cm wide pieces. Wash carrots, halve and cut crosswise into thin slices. Wash the leek, halve lengthwise and cut into strips. Take the Mu Err mushrooms out of the water and cut them into small pieces together with the garlic.
- Heat Woköl in the wok and briefly sauté the garlic, chopped chillies and spring onions. Add the carrots, leeks, Bohnenkeimlinge and mu err mushrooms and sauté briefly. Then pour in the vegetable broth and bring to the boil.
- Season the soup with Sojasauce and the fresh coriander. Then stir the Glasnudeln Vermicelli into the soup and leave to stand for 4-5 minutes.
