Spicy beef and vegetable wok

- 2-3 tbsp Sambal Oelek
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce

- 300 g beef fillet
- 4 shallots
- 50 g snow peas
- 1 small can of baby corn
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
preparation
- Cut the beef fillet into strips. Peel and halve shallots. Wash sugar snap peas, drain and rinse baby corn. Wash, core and cut the peppers into strips.
- Heat Woköl in a pan or wok and sear the meat vigorously. Add the vegetables, turmeric, ginger, Sambal Oelek and Sojasauce and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice.
