  • Prepare Mie Eiernudeln according to package instructions and set aside.
  • Cut peppers into pieces. Cut the corn on the cob into approx. 2 cm pieces and the spring onions into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.
  • Preheat the oven to 80 degrees.
  • Wash the chicken breast, pat dry with kitchen roll and then salt.
  • Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan and sauté chicken breasts. Then put in the oven.
  • Fry the peppers, baby corn and spring onions in the leftovers. Add garlic.

  • Place a sheet of nori seaweed on the bamboo mat, spread the sushi rice evenly over it, leaving 1cm free at the top.
  • Place avocado strips in the middle and spread with wasabi paste.
  • Roll up the bamboo mat with the rice and press firmly.
  • Open the bamboo mat, cut the roll into 1.5cm thick pieces and arrange on a plate.
  • Arrange Sojasauce in a small bowl and serve with it.
