- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
- 100ml Kokosmilch
Additional ingredients
- 250 g beef fillet or sirloin
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander (fresh or dried)
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 red onion
- 1 red pepper
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1/2 tsp lemongrass
- 75 g grated coconut
preparation
- Cut the beef into thin slices. Peel and finely chop the garlic and onion. Cut the peppers into small cubes.
- Process 3 tablespoons Kokosmilch with ginger, coriander, lemongrass, Sambal Oelek , garlic and onion into a paste.
- Heat the wok and sauté the paste briefly. Add the pieces of meat and peppers and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
- Finally, pour in the remaining Kokosmilch .
- Briefly roast the grated coconut in a coated pan while stirring and serve sprinkled over the beef.
Tip:
Sprinkle with chopped coriander and serve with basmati rice or Mie Eiernudeln .

- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 1-2 tbsp Sesamöl geröstet

- 250 g pork fillet
- 2 carrots
- 10g shiitake mushrooms
- 1 green pepper
- 2 green onions
- fresh ginger, about 2 cm long
- Salt , pepper
preparation
- Ginger peel and finely chop. Mix Woksauce with chopped ginger in a soup plate.
- Cut the pork fillet into strips and marinate in the ginger sauce for 10 minutes.
- Wash and trim the carrots and peppers and cut into strips.
- Wash the spring onion and cut into thin rings.
- Wash the shiitake mushrooms and soak them in warm water for at least 15 minutes. Then cut into strips.
- Cook Mie Eiernudeln in a saucepan until al dente and then strain the Mie Eiernudeln .
- Heat Erdnussöl in a wok or frying pan and sear the pork tenderloin while stirring.
- Add the chopped vegetables and sauté for a few minutes.
- Finally, add Mie Eiernudeln and season with the remaining marinade and Sesamöl geröstet .
- Season with Salt and pepper.
Tip:
Of course, other vegetables such as Shan’shi Bambussprossen , zucchini or pea pods are also ideal for this dish.

- 1 glass Asiatisches Wokgemüse
- 1 pack Shiitake mushrooms
- 1 red pepper
- 1 green pepper
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 large onion
- 1 teaspoon wok seasoning
preparation
- Shiitake mushrooms min. Soak in warm water for 10-15 minutes. Reisnudeln Pad Thai in plenty of salted water 4 min. Boil gently, strain, rinse briefly with cold water, drain and keep warm.
- Heat 1 tbsp Woköl in a wok or in a pan, sauté the onion in it, add finely chopped turkey strips and 1 tsp wok spice and cook for 5 minutes. Fry while stirring constantly.
- Deglaze with 10 tbsp Sojasauce , gradually add the vegetables and the strained shiitake mushrooms, cook for about 5 minutes. Fry while stirring constantly (vegetables should still be al dente). Season with Sambal Oelek and a pinch Salt . Finally Reisnudeln Pad Thai . This pasta dish can also be prepared without meat.
Tip:
If you would like to enjoy the noodle dish a little hotter, you can add a little Shan’shi Thai Chilisauce .

- 2-3 tbsp Sojasauce
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl

- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 duck breast (approx. 400g)
- 100 grams of mushrooms
- 200 grams of broccoli
preparation
- For the marinade, peel and finely chop the garlic and mix with honey and hot water. Brush the duck breast with it and leave it in the fridge overnight. Dilute the remaining marinade with 150ml water for later use.
- Heat Erdnussöl in a pan, sear the duck breast on the main side. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and cook the duck breast in a casserole dish for 20 minutes. Douse several times with the remaining honey jam. Finally, switch on the grill setting for another 10 minutes so that the skin becomes nice and crispy.
- In the meantime, clean the mushrooms, remove the stalks and cut into fine strips. Break the broccoli into small florets. Fry the vegetables with the Bambussprossen in the leftover pan for 7 minutes and season with Sojasauce .
- Cut the duck breast into slices. Arrange the vegetables on a warm plate and place the duck breast on top. Pour over the pan juices and serve with rice.
Tip:
If you want it to be quick, briefly heat up the Shan’shi Asiatisches Wokgemüse and season with Sojasauce .

- 50 grams Bambussprossen
- 2 tsp Sojasauce
- 1 pack Glasnudeln Vermicelli
- 2 tablespoons Erdnussöl or Woköl

- 125 g of minced meat
- 1 large spring onion chopped
- 1 large carrot (finely grated)
- 1 large garlic clove (chopped)
- 1 packet of rice dough sheets (or rice paper) for spring rolls
- 1 teaspoon fresh coriander (optional)
- 4 tsp fish sauce
- Shan'shi Erdnussöl for frying.
preparation
- Soak the shiitake mushrooms in water for about 15 minutes beforehand. Then soak the rice dough sheets briefly in cold water and lay them out on a damp kitchen towel. Soak Glasnudeln Vermicelli in hot water for about 5 minutes and then drain.
- Cut the shiitake mushrooms (drained) and the Glasnudeln Vermicelli into small pieces. Heat Woköl in the wok, briefly sauté the garlic. Add minced meat and fry stirring constantly. Add Bambussprossen , shiitake mushrooms, spring onions, carrots, Glasnudeln Vermicelli , fish sauce, Sojasauce and cilantro, if desired, and sauté for 3 minutes.
- Place a portion of the filling in the center of the pastry sheet, fold in the sides and roll up the pastry sheet. Press down the edges well. Heat Erdnussöl in fryer or wok.
- Place three or four rolls in hot Woköl and fry until golden. Drain on a rack covered with kitchen paper.
Tip:
Serve Chilisauce scharf with Shan’shi Sojasauce or Shan’shi chili sauce, depending on taste.

preparation
- Cut the pork into fine strips. Prepare Asian marinade from Sojasauce , sweet chilli sauce and brown sugar and place the meat in it.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel and cut into quarters. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot, halve lengthways and cut into narrow crescents.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, put oil in a hot wok and fry the pork in it. Set aside the remaining marinade. Add carrots. After a minute, add the garlic and mushrooms.
- Add the spring onions to the meat and toss through. Add the rest of the Asian marinade and the freshly drained egg noodles.
Tip:

- 2 tbsp Chilisauce süß
- 1 jar Bambussprossen

- 1 duck breast (approx. 400g)
- 2 bags of ready-made basmati rice
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
preparation
- Cut peppers into small pieces. Halve the onion and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and rinse well.
- Wash duck breast, dab and cut the skin side crosswise, then salt.
- Heat the wok or pan, sear the skin side of the duck breast without adding any more oil. Flip and cook on the other side for about 3 minutes more.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Cook the duck breast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, fry the onion, bell pepper, garlic and Bambussprossen in the leftovers in the wok for 7 minutes until crisp. Add the finished rice and season with chili sauce and Sojasauce . Mix well and fry some more.
- Remove the duck breast from the oven and brush the skin side with 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce.
- Slice the duck breast and arrange on a plate. Serve with rice.
Tip:
Serve with Chilisauce scharf as a dip.
