- 1 tbsp Woköl
- 1 EL Sesamöl geröstet
- 2 tbsp Sojasauce
- 1 jar Bohnenkeimlinge
Additional ingredients
- 1 spring onion
- 200 grams of tofu
- 150ml chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp wok seasoning
preparation
- Peel the spring onion and cut into fine rings. Cut the tofu into strips and cubes.
- Heat Woköl in the wok and briefly sauté the onion.
- Add tofu and fry as well.
- Stir gently, it shouldn’t fall apart.
- Drain Bohnenkeimlinge , rinse in water and add to the tofu.
- Sesamöl geröstet , Sojasauce , wok spice and chicken broth into a sauce and mix well with the tofu vegetables.
- If necessary, add a little more chicken broth and season again.
Tip:
Serve with basmati rice and serve Chilisauce scharf or Sambal Oelek for seasoning.

- Peel garlic and chop finely. Squeeze the orange and prepare a marinade of orange juice, garlic, Sojasauce and cornstarch. Cut the beef into thin strips. Leave in the marinade for 15 minutes.
- Remove the outer leaves from the spring onions and cut into 2 cm long pieces. Rinse Chop Suey briefly with cold water in a colander.
- Heat Woköl in wok or pan. Add meat and sauté vigorously for 5-7 minutes. Add the spring onions and Chop Suey and fry everything over high heat until crisp. Add the rest of the marinade and, if necessary, some water. Cook for a further 5 minutes until the meat is nicely cooked through.
- Slice the second orange. Serve the beef garnished with orange slices.
- Serve with basmati rice or Mie Eiernudeln .
Tip:
For a little more spiciness, use Chilisauce scharf or Sambal Oelek .

preparation
- Cut smoked tofu into cubes or strips. Peel the onion and cut into rings. Break the broccoli into small florets.
- Heat the oil in a pan or wok, fry the tofu until crispy and set aside. Add the onion and broccoli to the frying residue and fry until crisp, stirring, for 7 minutes.
- Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and rinse. Prepare Mie Eiernudeln according to the instructions and add both to the vegetables. Season with sweet chili sauce and Sojasauce . Stir the vegetables and noodles well and fry for 2-3 minutes. Arrange on two plates and serve sprinkled with fried tofu cubes.
Tip:
These flavorful egg noodles also taste great with other vegetables, such as bean sprouts, sliced carrots and pea pods or with mushrooms, spring onions and zucchini.

- 1 large carrot

preparation
- Cut the pork into fine strips. Prepare Asian marinade from Sojasauce , sweet chilli sauce and brown sugar and place the meat in it.
- Clean the mushrooms with a damp kitchen towel and cut into quarters. Clean the spring onions and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot, halve lengthways and cut into narrow crescents.
- Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.
- Meanwhile, put oil in a hot wok and fry the pork in it. Set aside the remaining marinade. Add carrots. After a minute, add the garlic and mushrooms.
- Add the spring onions to the meat and toss through. Add the rest of the Asian marinade and the freshly drained egg noodles.
Tip:
For an extra portion of spiciness, mix 1 teaspoon Sambal Oelek into the finished noodles.

- 2 tbsp Chilisauce süß
- 1 jar Bambussprossen
Additional ingredients
- 1 duck breast (approx. 400g)
- 2 bags of ready-made basmati rice
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red onion
- 1 clove of garlic
preparation
- Cut peppers into small pieces. Halve the onion and cut into strips. Peel garlic and chop finely. Drain Bambussprossen in a colander and rinse well.
- Wash duck breast, dab and cut the skin side crosswise, then salt.
- Heat the wok or pan, sear the skin side of the duck breast without adding any more oil. Flip and cook on the other side for about 3 minutes more.
- Preheat the oven to 100 degrees. Cook the duck breast in the oven for 12-15 minutes.
- In the meantime, fry the onion, bell pepper, garlic and Bambussprossen in the leftovers in the wok for 7 minutes until crisp. Add the finished rice and season with chili sauce and Sojasauce . Mix well and fry some more.
- Remove the duck breast from the oven and brush the skin side with 1 tbsp sweet chili sauce.
- Slice the duck breast and arrange on a plate. Serve with rice.
Tip:
Serve with Chilisauce scharf as a dip.

- 1 red pepper
- Baby corn (125g)
- 2 spring onions
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tbsp oil
preparation
- Prepare Mie Eiernudeln according to package instructions and set aside.
- Cut peppers into pieces. Cut the corn on the cob into approx. 2 cm pieces and the spring onions into rings. Peel garlic and chop finely.
- Preheat the oven to 80 degrees.
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry with kitchen roll and then salt.
- Heat oil in wok or non-stick pan and sauté chicken breasts. Then put in the oven.
- Fry the peppers, baby corn and spring onions in the leftovers. Add garlic.
- Add Sojasauce and sweet chili sauce, mix with the pasta and sauté briefly.
- Cut the chicken breast open and arrange on a plate, serving with the vegetable noodles.
Tip:
1 tsp red curry paste brings a little more heat to this dish.
