Salmon teriyaki

  • 450 g salmon fillet
  • 400 g vegetables (e.g. green asparagus or pak choi, peppers, spring onions, garlic...)
  • 8 tbsp teriyaki sauce
  • 1 chili pepper
  • 20 grams of ginger
  • 2 tsp sesame seeds

preparation

  • Pat the salmon fillets dry and score the skin side.
  • Chop the ginger and garlic and mix with Teriyaki Sauce. Pour the mixture over the salmon. Cut the chili pepper and sprinkle it over the salmon as well.
  • Prepare the asparagus and chop the spring onions.
  • Fry the asparagus in a little oil and add Salt and garlic. Then set the asparagus aside.
  • Take the salmon out of the sauce and sear it on both sides in a little oil. Then pour the marinade over it and let it boil.
  • Place Bohnenkeimlinge in a bowl, add salt and Sesamöl , sesame seeds and spring onions.
  • Serve the salmon fillet on the asparagus with the bean sprouts and drizzle over the marinade.

Tip:

For a spicier version, refine the teriyaki sauce with 1/2 tsp Shan’shi Sambal Oelek .
