Tuna with mashed potatoes

  • 1 liter of water
  • 250 grams of tuna
  • 300 g floury potatoes
  • 30 grams of butter
  • 2-3 tbsp milk
  • Salt

preparation

  • Place the whole tuna in a marinade made from Woköl , Sesamöl geröstet and Sojasauce and leave to rest in the fridge for 60 minutes.
  • Peel the potatoes, cook in salted water until soft, then drain the water, let the potatoes evaporate and mash.
  • Slowly stir in the butter and milk, season with Salt . Keep the finished mashed potatoes warm.
  • Fry the marinated tuna in a coated pan for 5 minutes and then cut into slices.
  • Serve immediately hot with the mashed potatoes.
