Japanese noodles with shrimp

  • 3-4 spring onions
  • 300g broccoli
  • 50 g beans
  • 1 large clove of garlic
  • 150 g cocktail shrimp (ready to eat)
  • 300ml clear beef or chicken soup

preparation

  • Boil Mie Eiernudeln (approx. 5 minutes), strain, rinse and drain.
  • Cut the spring onions into 1 cm wide pieces. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, halve the beans and finely chop the garlic. Put the vegetables in a sieve together with Asiatisches Wokgemüse and wash with water.
  • Pour the Woköl into the heated wok. Fry shrimp. Add the vegetables and garlic and sauté briefly.
  • Deglaze with the soup, stir in the sweet chili sauce, Sambal Oelek and coconut milk, simmer over a medium heat for about 7 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Arrange Mie Eiernudeln and top with the prawns and vegetables.
