Shan'shi ingredients
- 125 g Mie Eiernudeln (= 2 noodle nests)
- 2 tbsp Erdnussöl
- 1 glass Bohnenkeimlinge
- 1 small can of Kokosmilch 165ml
- 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
Additional ingredients
- 250 g beef fillet
- 1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
- 1 clove of garlic
preparation
- Cut the beef fillet into fine strips. Peel garlic and chop finely.
- Heat Erdnussöl in the wok. Fry the beef fillet. Add the teriyaki sauce and garlic and stir-fry for a further 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile, cook the Mie Eiernudeln in salted water for 4-5 minutes, strain and drain.
- Drain Bohnenkeimlinge and add to the beef fillet.
- Season with Kokosmilch and Sambal Oelek , stir well and heat briefly.
- Finally stir in the noodles.
Tip:
Cut 2 spring onions into fine strips and sprinkle over the dish.

- 250 g Mie Eiernudeln (=2 noodle nests)
- 1 glass Asiatisches Wokgemüse
- 2 EL Woköl
- 4-5 tablespoons sweet chilli sauce
- 1 small can of Kokosmilch 165ml
- 1/2 tsp Sambal Oelek
Additional ingredients
- 3-4 spring onions
- 300g broccoli
- 50 g beans
- 1 large clove of garlic
- 150 g cocktail shrimp (ready to eat)
- 300ml clear beef or chicken soup
preparation
- Boil Mie Eiernudeln (approx. 5 minutes), strain, rinse and drain.
- Cut the spring onions into 1 cm wide pieces. Cut the broccoli into small pieces, halve the beans and finely chop the garlic. Put the vegetables in a sieve together with Asiatisches Wokgemüse and wash with water.
- Pour the Woköl into the heated wok. Fry shrimp. Add the vegetables and garlic and sauté briefly.
- Deglaze with the soup, stir in the sweet chili sauce, Sambal Oelek and coconut milk, simmer over a medium heat for about 7 minutes, season with salt and pepper. Arrange Mie Eiernudeln and top with the prawns and vegetables.
Tip:
Roasted cashew nuts give the pasta dish that extra something.
