Clean the spring onions and cut into rings about 0.5 cm thick. Finely chop the garlic. Peel the carrot, halve lengthways and cut into narrow crescents.<\/li>\n<li>Prepare egg noodles according to package instructions.<\/li>\n<li>Meanwhile, put oil in a hot wok and fry the pork in it. Set aside the remaining marinade. Add carrots. After a minute, add the garlic and mushrooms.<\/li>\n<li>Add the spring onions to the meat and toss through.
